As a former City Planner for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and a former member of the Urban Land Institute's Northwest Arkansas Community of Practice for Attainable Housing, I gathered insights and connections with City Planning Departments across northwest Arkansas!
So, I know exactly what resources to show you to find neighborhood perks, upcoming projects, and anything that may boost your homes value!
I've done a lot of research on attainable housing, so I can introduce you to some creative financing options. Or, if you are thinking bigger - like developing - I can connect you with the right people.
Whether you are buying, selling or seeking opportunities to develop, I will be available to answer your questions, and research places for you to find answers!

I came to Real Estate because I have a passion for creating thriving communities where people can live their best lives.

I earned my master’s degree in Urban Design, in part because of my passion for housing and supporting community.
That passion drove me to taking part in writing City sponsored Housing Analyses for Muskogee (Oklahoma) in 2019, and for Fayetteville (Arkansas) in 2023, as well as taking part in the Urban Land Institute’s Community of Practice for Attainable Housing.
I channel this passion for listening to the needs of others and gathering the necessary research, into guiding clients to selecting the homes that best suit their desires.
